FAQ

Backstage secrets and suspicious manufacturing

Want to know how Lemyto turns a story into a very official percentage? Here are the answers, with exceptionally variable sincerity.

The Lemyto mask surrounded by questions about the mythometer

Philosophy and consensual nonsense

What is this circus?

Lemyto is a comedy game that turns a sentence into a fake mythometer verdict. It analyses neither truth, personality nor your career prospects.

Do I have to pay to be exposed?

No. The scanner is free and needs no account. Supporting the project is voluntary and buys no secret advantage, not even a fixed score.

The inaccurate science of scoring

How is the score calculated?

The engine combines context, length, absolutes, precise numbers, excuses, punctuation, juicy details and controlled randomness. Suggested lines are calibrated to stay entertaining.

Why can the score change?

Because bad faith is a living art. A small variation keeps the game from feeling like a tax form while preserving a coherent range.

What is a stamped verdict?

It is the title tied to a score range, from almost honest to urban legend. Its main purpose is to shine on the share card.

Gadgets and tools

What does the generator do?

It suggests stories by context and intensity. You can edit, dictate, read aloud and send them to the scanner.

Does Yes Voice work everywhere?

Speech playback works on most modern browsers. Dictation depends on the browser speech recognition API: Chrome and Safari often provide it, while Firefox may refuse to testify.

Is my case file public?

No. Scores, counters and history remain in your browser local storage. Lemyto does not secretly receive a copy.

Privacy and compatibility

Do you steal my lies?

No. Ordinary scans are local. Only voluntary actions, such as opening an external sharing service or submitting the contact form, leave the page.

Does it work on mobile?

V5 is mobile-first for iPhone and Android, with native sharing when the browser allows it and image download as fallback.

Is it reliable or merely well dressed?

It is a game. The costume is more serious than the method. Never make an important decision based on a Lemyto score.

Sharing, discovery and public image

Why does a large image appear when I share the site?

Lemyto provides a dedicated Open Graph image for compatible networks and messaging apps. It sums up the concept, shows the mask and avoids a grey thumbnail that makes the site look like an insurance company.

Why does LinkedIn or Facebook still show an old image?

Platforms keep their own caches. A fresh URL inspection may be required. The site can change its mind instantly; social robots prefer to take their time.

Can I share a result without publishing my sentence?

The result card normally includes the tested sentence. Do not share private or identifying information. For a prank, use a nickname and public or fictional wording.
